The hotel's Coffee House has soothing earth colours to allow patrons to dine in a very cosy and friendly atmosphere. Divided into smoking and non-smoking sections, the Coffee House has a seating capacity of 120 persons. It serves both local and continental favourites daily from the ala carte menu. Equally popular at the Coffee House is its lavish buffet spread of breakfast, lunch and dinner. To further enhance the atmosphere, an organist entertains diners nightly with romantic tunes from 9.00pm to 1.00am.

City Villa Kuala Lumpur offers extensive facilities for banquets, meetings and conference, large and small. Its newly refurbished function room, Dewan Persidangan Asia located on the fourth floor is divided into three smaller halls namely, Dewan Thai for 100 persons, Dewan Malaysia for 100 persons and Dewan Filipina for 100 persons.

Meanwhile, another beautifully decorated meeting room catering for small conference, seminars, meetings, lectures etc. is located on the fifth floor of the hotel building.

City Villa Kuala Lumpur, reputed for its affordable level of comfort offers ample covered car park and a host of convenience for guests and patrons. Within easy reach are Executive Health Club, supermarket and commercial banks to name a few.

City Villa also houses the Holiday Villa Catering Services on the first floor of the hotel. The catering services offer the best choice of catering-Muslim, Chinese 'Halal', Thai, French, Italian or even Japanese. It also delivers special food orders for company luncheon and dinner, open house, BBQ, tea party, wedding, stall party and cocktail party.
